Thus, after years of great professional satisfaction, the chef takes on a new challenge with Bavetta, a contemporary osteria offering traditional Catanese and Sicilian dishes, including family recipes passed down through generations of grandmothers and aunts.
COME VISIT US
The osteria takes the place of the restaurant Km.0 in the same location in Catania, at via Antonino Longo 26. However, the premises have been completely renovated to create a welcoming and informal atmosphere, similar to that of a home open to friends.
